ALLMI training from Avon Crane

ALLMI - The association of lorry loader manufacturers was formed in 1979, its primary function being to Create a Code of Practice for the industry.

 

ALLMI has three main objectives:

 

1) To promote the safe use of lorry loaders.
2) To ensure that the Association is involved in the formulation
  of any legislation which affects the industry’s interests.
3) To promote compliance with training requirements embodied in
  current legislation.

TRAINING

Novices to experts,
from £150 per person

 

Upon successful completion of the HIAB training course, every candidate will receive an identity card and certificate (valid for 5 years) and will be registered on the ALLMI Operator database. Candidates also receive the ALLMI Operator’s manual.

A.L.L.M.I. TRAINING

 

ALLMI Training Limited is a dedicated training company set up to meet with all the requirements of BS ISO 15513 (Cranes-competancy requirements for crane drivers, slingers, signallers and assessors) - first published in 2000.

 

ALLMI has been awarded the Health and Safety Executive’s ‘Working in Partnership’ logo of recognition.

 

The ALLMI training scheme is the only lorry loader training scheme in the UK to have received this commendation from the HSE

Slinger/Signaller course approved for CPC

 
Further to the approval of its experienced and novice Lorry Loader courses, ALLMI has now gained recognition from the Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training (JAUPT) for its one day Slinger / Signaller programme.
